GROUP EXERCISE CLASSES
One of the best things offered by the Corec is the classes. Over 15 different classes are offered, and they all vary in purpose and skill. Some classes focus on weight lifting while others focus on cardio. And still, there are classes that focus on specifics like abs, dancing, or swimming. No matter what time of day it is, there is virtually always a class going on. There are classes scheduled from 6:30 in the morning until 9:00 at night.
