A. The reason you might be getting this due to the security freatures you might have enabled using the windows service pack updates and since our home page contains some active content other than text like, an embedded music file, weather updates etc. you get this. To see the active content, simply click the bar on top which says click here for more options, then click allow blocked content, Yes. Enabling this for our site will not harm your computer in any way.

Q. Is this an official Purdue University website?
A. No, This site was created by a group of enthuiastic students attending Purdue University, West Lafayette, IN and was done as a collaborative class project requirement for a course called ENGL106 during April 2005. The contents of this guide purely represent the views of the students.

Q. Why do I see banners and pop-ups when I load your site?
A. This is because we use a free host to display our site. Therefore, inorder for the free hosting company to support our site without any cost, they automatically place their banners and some pop-ups on our site, to make money and keep this service free to us.
